From the Billing page, you manage the payment cards used to renew your Flovoo subscription, and view and download your invoices.
Your card is saved securely with Stripe and used to renew your subscription automatically on the renewal date.
Add a payment method
To add a card:
- Click Subscription in the sidebar, then Billing.
- Click Add Payment Method.
- Enter your card details, then click Save card.
During the free trial, you don’t need a payment method. You add one when you subscribe to a plan.
Manage payment cards
Your cards appear in the Payment Methods section with the Brand, Last 4 Digits, and Expiration. From the Actions column, you can:
- Set as default: to renew your subscription with this card.
- Remove: to detach the card from your account right away.
Invoice history
The Invoice History shows all your invoices with the Invoice Number, Date, Amount, and Status. Click Download to download the invoice as a PDF. The invoice statuses are:
- Paid: the payment was successful.
- Pending: the payment isn’t complete yet.
- Failed: the payment didn’t go through.
Your invoice history appears after your first billing cycle.
If a payment fails
If a payment doesn’t go through, your subscription status changes to Payment failed. Add a new card or set another card as default from the Billing page, then choose your plan to update your billing and keep using Flovoo.
Flovoo subscription and WhatsApp fees
Your Flovoo subscription is separate from WhatsApp messaging fees. Meta sets the message costs, and you pay them with a payment method in your Meta account. To learn how to pay Meta, see Managing WhatsApp Payments. To learn how costs are calculated, see WhatsApp Pricing.
