Create Your Account and Set Up Your Organization

You can start using Flovoo in minutes: you create your account, verify your email, then set up your organization in a few short steps.

If a team already using Flovoo invited you, joining takes fewer steps, and you enter the workspace directly.

Create a New Account

To create an account:

   Open the sign-up page at app.flovoo.com/signup.

   Enter your Email and Password.

   Click Create Account.

You can also click Google to sign up with your Google account.

Verify Your Email

After creating the account, you receive a 6-digit code by email. On the Verify Your Email screen, enter the code, then click Verify Email.

You are logged in automatically, and move on to setting up your organization.

Sign Up with Google

When you click Google and choose your account, Flovoo creates your account directly without a verification code. If you already have an account with the same email, your Google account is linked to it without creating a new account.

Set Up Your Organization

After verifying your email, Flovoo guides you through 6 steps to set up your organization:

• Organization name: The name of your company or store. It must not be already taken.
• Business type: Such as e-commerce, services, or education.
• Team size: The number of people on your team.
• Channels: The channels your customers reach you on. Choose at least one.
• What matters most: The features most important to your business, such as the shared inbox or campaigns.
• Complete your profile: Your country and phone number.

Click Next to move between steps, or Back to go back to the previous step, then click Finish in the last step.

Your Workspace Is Ready

After finishing the setup, the Your workspace is ready screen appears. From here you can:

• Connect your first channel to add WhatsApp, Instagram, or other channels.
• Invite your team to add your teammates.
• Go to chats to start using the workspace right away.

Accept an Invitation to Join an Organization

If someone invites you to join their organization, you receive an email with an Accept Invitation button.

If You Are New to Flovoo

   Click Accept Invitation in the invitation email.

   The sign-up page opens with your email already filled in.

   Enter a password and click Create Account, or click Google.

You go directly to the organization's Chats page, without the organization setup steps.

If You Already Have a Flovoo Account

• If you are not logged in, the login page opens with your email already filled in. Log in to join the organization.If you are logged in, you join the organization and switch to it directly.
