Sign In and Reset Your Password

Flovoo offers two ways to sign in, and you can reset your password yourself if you forget it, without contacting support.

You can sign in with your email and password, or with your Google account, from your computer or phone.

Sign In

To sign in:

   Open the login page at app.flovoo.com/login.

   Enter your Email and Password.

   Click Login.

You go directly to the Chats page.

Sign In with Google

Click Google on the login page, then choose your Google account.

Reset Your Password

If you forgot your password:

   Click Forgot password? on the login page.

   Enter your Email, then click Send Reset Link.

   Open the email from Flovoo and click the link.

   On the Set New Password page, enter your new password and click Set New Password.

You go to the login page, and sign in with your new password.

Set a Password for an Account Created with Google

If you signed up with Google and never set a password, use the same password reset steps to set one. After that, you can sign in with Google or with your email and password.

If You Cannot Sign In

• Make sure you entered the correct email.
• Passwords are case-sensitive, so make sure Caps Lock is off.
• If you did not receive the reset link, check your spam folder.
• If the link does not work, request a new one from Forgot password?.

Log Out

To log out, click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar, then select Log out.
