Organization Settings

Organization Settings in Flovoo help you update the workspace details you entered at sign-up, at any time and without contacting support.

You can edit the organization name, business type, and team size, as well as contact details such as country, phone number, and website.

Open Organization Settings

Go to Settings → General. The Organization Settings page opens with an Owner Only label at the top.

Edit Organization Details

The page is divided into two sections:

Organization Profile

• Organization Name: The name of the organization. Required.
• Business Type: The type of business, such as e-commerce, services, or education. Required.
• Team Size: The number of people on your team. Required.

Contact & Location

• Country: The organization's country. Required.
• Phone Number: The workspace contact number. Optional.
• Website: The organization's website. Optional.

To save your changes:

   Edit the fields you want.

   Click Save Changes in the bar that appears at the bottom of the page.

To discard your changes before saving, click Cancel.

Switch Between Organizations

If you are a member of more than one organization, you can switch between them without logging out:

   Click your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar.

   Click the arrow next to Organization.

   Choose the organization you want to switch to.

The current organization shows a ✓ mark. To create a new organization, select Create organization from the same list.

Delete the Organization

Deleting the organization permanently deletes all of its data, including members, channels, conversations, and settings.

To delete the organization, click Contact Support in the Danger Zone section, and the support team will help you complete the deletion.
