What is Tag Reordering?

Tag Reordering lets you arrange your tags in the order that works best for your team — directly from the Tags settings page. Your most-used tags, always where you expect them.

How to reorder

1. Go to Settings → Tags

   

   

   

   

2. Find the tag you want to move

3. Press and hold the ⠿ handle on the left side of the tag name

   

   

4. Drag it to the position you want and release

The new order saves automatically.

Tips for best use

• Place your most-used tags at the top to save your team time
• Arrange tags in a way that reflects your workflow stages for easier classification during conversations
