Overview

Contact Stages help you organize contacts based on their current status, giving your team a clear view of every contact and making follow-up easier.

You can view contacts in:

• List View

• Kanban View

Any stage update is reflected across the entire system.

Contact Stage Views

Flovoo provides two ways to view contacts.

List View

Displays contacts in a table with their key information. You can update a contact's stage directly from the table and use search and filters.

Kanban View

Displays contacts as cards grouped by Contact Stage. Drag and drop a contact to another stage to update it instantly.

Create a Contact Stage

1. Go to Settings.

2. Open Contacts.

3. Select Contact Stages.

4. Click Add Stage.

5. Enter the stage name and color.

6. Save.

Edit a Contact Stage

Open the stage menu, click Edit, make your changes, then save.

Reorder Contact Stages

Drag and drop a stage to change its order.

Delete a Contact Stage

If the stage contains contacts, you'll be asked to move them to another stage before deleting it.

Change a Contact's Stage

Update a contact's stage from the Contacts table, Kanban View, or the contact details.

Filter Contacts by Stage

Use the Contact Stages filter to display contacts in one or more specific stages.

Select a Stage While Adding or Editing a Contact

Choose a Contact Stage while creating or editing a contact. If no stage is selected, the default stage will be assigned automatically.
