Teams

Teams in Flovoo help you organize workspace members into groups based on how you work, such as a sales team and a support team.

You can create a team and add its members, then assign chats to the team, and let a Manager follow their team members' chats.

The Teams Page

Go to Settings → Teams. The page shows all teams in the workspace, with the members of each team.

Create a New Team

To create a team:

   Click Create Team.

   Enter the team name in the Name field.

   From the Members field, choose the team members.

   Click Create.

The team appears on the Teams page right away.

For example, you can create a team named Sales for your sales members, and a team named Support for your support team.

Add a Member to Teams from Their Profile

You can also add a member to teams from their profile. Open Settings → Members, click the ⋯ menu next to the member, then Edit, and choose the teams from Assign to teams.

Edit a Team

To edit a team's name or members:

   Click the ⋯ menu next to the team, then select Edit.

   Change the team name, add members, or remove members.

   Save your changes.

Delete a Team

To delete a team, click the ⋯ menu next to the team, select Delete, and confirm.

How Are Teams Used?

• Assigning chats: You can choose a team from the assignee list at the top of the chat window.
• Manager permissions: Managers see their own chats and their team members' chats.
