WhatsApp Accounts: Quality and Limits

From the WhatsApp Accounts page, you track the WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABAs) connected to Flovoo, the phone numbers in each account, and each number’s quality and daily messaging limit.

The page helps you catch number issues early, before they affect the delivery of your messages and campaigns.

Open the WhatsApp Accounts page

Click Settings in the sidebar, then WhatsApp Manager, then WhatsApp Accounts. Each WABA appears in its own card that you can collapse or expand.

What’s in the account card?

At the top of each card:

• The account name and ID, with a button to copy the ID.
• Owned by BM: the name of the business portfolio the account belongs to.
• Tier: your current messaging limit per 24 hours.
• Usage and Remaining: how much of the limit you used and what’s left, and 1 usage frees in shows when a new slot becomes available.
• Marketing API: the status of the marketing messages API for your account, as Meta shows it.

The phone numbers table

The table shows each number in the account with its Meta Status and Quality. The number statuses are:

• Connected: the number is working normally.
• Disconnected: the number isn’t connected right now.
• Restricted: Meta placed restrictions on the number.
• Ban Scheduled or Banned: the number will be or has been banned for violating Meta’s policies.

Number quality rating

Meta sets a number’s quality based on how customers recently responded to your messages, such as blocks and reports. The rating shows as High, Medium, or Low, or Pending if there’s no rating yet.

Manage the account in Meta

Some actions are done in Meta’s WhatsApp Manager and open in a new tab:

• Add WABAs: to add a WhatsApp Business Account.
• Add Phone: to add a new number to the account.
• Settings in the Actions column: to manage the number’s settings.
